After the initial meeting, (wherever possible) with the HR/Line managers to discuss the job descriptions for each individual vacancy a full-fledged job description is developed.

After a full description of the vacancy has been prepared, our Consultants will then source suitable candidates. We take to database search, personal recommendation, advertising, networking or executive search.

On compiling the resumes an in-depth interview is conducted with each Candidate before short listing to the Client. A profile of each Candidate will support the shortlist.

Consulting
Our main focus is the ‘Client’; this is to ensure that our Consulting team gains a detailed understanding of our Client’s specific objectives, which will help us to provide a uniquely tailored solution that is not off the package. Working in partnership with our Client’s we actively promote the highest standards of ethics and excellence.

Executive Search

In the best interests of our Clients and with their agreement on a Retainer Basis, we will conduct an Executive Search. Our executive search is particularly targeting the senior people. Contracting and Temporary Staff Services
We assist our clients in finding temporary solutions to their recruitment needs, or find short-term replacements to cover periods of absence of existing staff.
